The location is convenient. I could easily walk into the town center. It took me only 15 minutes! Breakfast was a highlight, providing lots of choice and help yourself service.
The decor in the corridors could benefit from some attention, it looked a bit shabby!

the room i stayed in had several issues. the carpet had visible stains and the shower pressure was very weak. the duvet also lacked a cover, and there was only one pillow provided i found this disappointing for the price paid.

the bathroom was very small. the shower had very low water pressure. also, i found hairs in the shower drain, i do not think it was cleaned well.

the location was AMAZING as it was only fifteen minutes walk to the cathedral. i had free on site parking available. the rooms were large with excellent decorative order. it was also great VALUE for money for a city centre.
the continental breakfast was awful and some cooked food looked awful too. it was not cooked properly as it was Luke warm. the reception staff also seemed unwelcoming.

The breakfast included a hot selection and gluten-free bread was AVAILABLE.
I was disappointed that I had to register my car's license plate. The staff did not inform me about this requirement upon check-in (it's something they should really emphasize). As a result, the rental car company may receive a fine, and the process to resolve it could be a HUGE pain.
